“First of all the location was perfect. Walking distance to Captiva's shops and resturants. The accommadations were perfect for our 3 couples. The home was well kept and furnished perfectly for the layout. Kitchen set-up was roomy and all utinsels were within reach. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms were spacious enough for couples. Pool was delightful. The elevator made it very easy to move up and down when leaving or returning. Communicating with leasing staff was easy and always had……

“The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!”

“Property was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had all of the cooking utensils we needed, bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were nice beach towels provided. Washer and drier were very nice and efficient. We brought our own beach toys, wagon and chairs but there were some of all of these provided too. My kids used one of the bikes (there were 2 but 1 had a low tire and we did not pump it up) to go back and forth to the beach path. The community pool was biggest hit with my grandson,……

Yanet with the property management company was amazing to work with, and Joe the homeowner was communicative from the moment we booked our stay.
