“Property was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had all of the cooking utensils we needed, bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were nice beach towels provided. Washer and drier were very nice and efficient. We brought our own beach toys, wagon and chairs but there were some of all of these provided too. “The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!”

“Everything was as described and more! The unit felt like home. We had everything we needed including a blender! The view was spectacular, the ospreys, the iguanas and the dolphins were all amazing. “My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the Beach Villas on gorgeous Captiva Island! The staff was great to work with and answered questions quickly. The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The way it is currently described implies it is inside the villa.”

“Despite the fact that all of Captiva and Sanibel are still working feverishly to recover from Hurricane Ian, the condo we stayed in was perfect. There is some noise outside, but it is necessary reconstruction/remodeling noise. Even so, one could barely hear it indoors. The pool was less than 100 steps from our unit and I was usually the only one there. The company that owns the unit was most accommodating and easy with which to work. ”

Hurricane Helene had just hit Florida a few weeks prior to our arrival, so we figured we would be safe for this trip. “Clean. Within walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and beach toys a nice touch. Good location. Quiet location. The only thing missing are draperies on all of the windows. The sun shines through the sliding glass doors in the morning and makes it a little warm. “Our room had a gulf ocean view. So, location of this hotel next to the ocean is its strongest attribute. The room contains nice enough furnishings. The dual comfort air heater and cooling unit made an annoying noise when on. The sink in the cooking area is small for dealing with dishes and the faucet sprays water everywhere. I am critical here since the room is expensive including resort fees. There are resort amenities available for guests including bicycles, spa, and restaurants. ”
