Everything about it was wonderful, but I have to commend the staff and how helpful they were to us when our driver to Pompeii and Positano backed out at the very last minute. They stepped in and took care of it for us. I don't know how they did it as it was very busy, but they did and I am eternally grateful to them. Beautiful room and beautiful views. We had dinner at their Michelin star restaurant and a Dry Martini from the one-and-only dry martini bar in Italy. Exquisite! I highly recommend!!!"
