"The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. "My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were so happy with this place! Everything seemed clean and well prepared and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. "Amanda was very good about responding to questions. The place was clean, well organized and the location is good because even though you are close to King street and all the restaurants and shopping, you aren't too close, which was important to us. Getting to the Capitol Mall was an easy train ride from a station that was close as well. Even had parking covered. Excellent!"

"The property itself is nice, and the area is fabulous! Close to shopping and dining. The problem we had with unit 301 was that the heat did not heat the unit , it was very cold. There are no lamps in bedrooms and one tv in the primary bedroom, no tv in the living room or other bedrooms. "
