“The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. You didn’t need to worry about forgetting, washing stuff, shower stuff or toothbrushes etc, she had it all!! My nearly 4 year old……

“The place was clean. Everything was in working order. Location was perfect since it did not have any parking challenges. All the bare minimum required for a good stay was there. We were 5 people in the family and there wasn't extra blanket for the 5th person so we had to buy one from Walmart. Did not have any extra towels so we bought some. The photos are a bit misleading of the outdoors. The patio area is a shared area for the entire building. The green lawns shown are across the street and not……

“It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. It was clean and nicely appointed.”
