The luxury villa on the lake guarantees a sophisticated, private and luxurious ambience. Enjoy your dream vacation on 230sqm of total living space and 200sqm of water.

***Furnishing***

The exclusive equipment leaves nothing to be desired and guarantees you rest and relaxation. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with king-size beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with 3 showers, a jacuzzi, an inviting living room with an open fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. All rooms in the house have a unique panoramic view of Lake Honeymoon.
But not only the lovingly furnished interior is convincing.
The outdoor area also impresses with a spacious pool and a spacious terrace. The wooden terrace in the river is perfect for fishing.
There is also a kayak for 2 people and 2 bicycles.

The central location offers numerous shopping and business opportunities.
Just around the corner is Pine Island Road, where you will find all kinds of well-known restaurants and shops.
* Excursion tips * include the “Sun Splash Family Waterpark” (approx. 20 minutes' walk away), which guarantees fun and water fun for the whole family, as well as numerous national parks, museums and shopping outlets.
Fort Myers (approx. 15 minutes away) is characterized by its kilometers of white sandy beaches that promise peace and idyll.
Don't miss Miami Beach if you're already in Florida. The city, approx. 2.5 hours away, is characterized as pulsating, which is known for its colorful diversity, the hardly comparable beaches and the exciting nightlife.

My husband and I traveled to Cape Coral to spend sometime with my granddaughter who celebrated her birthday. The house was extremely impressive and the pool was the highlight for the family. The property manager was very responsive too. It was perfect. I’m sure we will stay again!

Wir haben den Aufenhalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Wir haben uns dort sehr Wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett und sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Anja (Verwaltung) immer nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön und in Ruhe abgelegen. Fast alles ist in 10 PKW Minuten zu erreichen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr 2025 wieder.

We loved the house. Property manager was responsive. We really enjoyed our stay - 3 rooms have king size beds, huge bathtub and amazing shower in the master bedroom, pool was heated and clean, loved having breakfast and lunch in the house and going out for dinners although we did use the BBQ one night (was great) - it was nice to park in the garage and do laundry there - it is well stocked with everything you need except food - the view of the lake was great - sunrise was beautiful - highly recommend this house, stunning architecture and lighting

12 Days at Villa Pleasure
My husband and I stayed for 12 days and my kids came in for 5. We all thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was exactly as shown if not better. The owners were easy to communicate as was the check in and out process with Angar. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully we will next year.

Communication with owners was excellent and agent at property was very informative. House is beautiful! Bigger than we thought and the pool was a godsend in the Florida heat. Son was able to fish off the dock, so he was sorted for the week! You’re able to put the car in the garage to keep it cool, bonus. House is equipped with everything you need, plenty of towels, pool towels as well.dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer too.over all a fantastic place quite central for plenty of shops and restaurants.

Great house in Cape Coral
Property is absolutely beautiful and works great for families. We have 4 kids and 2 adults...and it was great! Pool was awesome. There's a lake behind the house that had fish and even an alligator. ;) My only nit-picks... -We're used to staying in Marco Island and I didn't really realize how far away the ocean/beach would be. Admittedly, if you're used to Naples or Marco Island...Cape Coral isn't the same feel. -The area around the house (streets and general community) is undergoing a fair amount of road construction and infrastructure work. This made it feel a bit harder to get from place to place via car than it maybe should. -The owners charge for electricity. You get an allowance per day, but pay for over that amount. I didn't know this prior to staying at the property. It wasn't a huge cost, but wasn't disclosed to my knowledge until after we already paid up front. I wouldn't let any of these items deter you from booking this house. It was a great experience, the hospitality for the property is perfect and the management company takes care of everything you need.
