“We stayed in the Tiny Cedar House rather than the above pictured tiny Adirondack house. It was located on a grassy flat lot along with the Adirondack house and one other tiny/small house, off a beautiful scenic road, 5 min to St Lawrence University and downtown Canton. Pros: 1) very good communication with owner, Dylan. He quickly answered any questions that came up and got us a few more towels promptly when I requested them. 2) Easy check in. “Trout Lake has been an annual summer trip for us for the last 7 years and this house is our favorite rental by far. The cottage is cozy, but well appointed. We love the extensive waterfront in this beautiful cove and spend most of our time on the pontoon, in kayaks, hanging out on the dock or in the game room, and playing in the beautifully clear water. “The house was very clean, and had everything you would need! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole house was very cozy.
