“We came from Illinois and stayed for a 3 day weekend. The home is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, cozy, spacious, comfortable! We would have loved to stay longer and just stay on the back deck!! Thank you for sharing your place with us. Somewhat tricky to find, but well worth the effort. ”

“Hostess , Melissa Fain, is very responsive and easy to wirk with. The condo is incredibly clean and well appointed. Lovely deck with rocking chairs overlookiing the lake. Two spacious bedrooms. Primary has huge bathroom and very comfy bed. The stairs leading down to a shared landing are very steep. It is a bit noisy when next door is occupied nextdoor is occu”

“My husband and I have stayed in Big Canoe several times and it is a favorite “go-to” for us. This was the first time we stayed in a condo here and I was initially concerned about hearing neighbors or vice-versa. However, several condos surrounding us were occupied and we never heard even a footstep. The back deck was relaxing as well as you could hear the stream flowing below and could enjoy the fall foliage. Would recommend and stay again!”

“We were to check in at 5 pm with a confirmed reservation. By 5 we had not received check in directions. Sat in car for over an hour trying to message the host...NO response to phone calls, texts or emails. At 6 pm, we received an email was canceled due to some "maintenance issue". We were sitting right outside the apartment building door and no one bothered to speak to us in person or by phone. No consideration of our 4 hour drive to get there, or where we would stay that night on a busy major……
