“Great house, just the right size! Out of the way location in a quiet area with beach access just across the street. A harem of elk were our amost daily visitors. Privacy between bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend it to our friends.”

“Really liked the location of the place! Lots of walkable things around and so close to the beach. The bathroom could use a good deep cleaning and it was odd that you could not turn off the gas fireplace. It was still quite warm while we went and it would have been nice to able to turn it off. ”

“Quite a traditional vacation rental with its simplicity. A place to be comfortable and “at home” while away from home. As it says…Grandmas cabin. Exploring the neighborhood felt quiet and quaint.”

“We had a great time at the property. We rented all 6 cabins. The younger kids had some space to play in. Close to the beach. Very cute cabins”

“Overall we and our dog (Iceland-Yoshi) enjoyed the stay. The beach and the Rockaway Big Tree trailhead were not further than a 5 minute walk (depending on how fast you walk, of course). We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and took advantage of a couple of the old arcade games and a pool table located downstairs in our “bar”. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything one needs for cooking. There are a few things that could be off-putting for some”

“Wasn’t here for long, maybe 13 hours on our road trip, most of which asleep. Nice toiletries, plenty of towels and great location but property could do with an update, particularly the flooring and more than 1 wine glass. ”

“It was amazing to be able to leave the house and step right out onto the beach! We also enjoyed the close proximity to resturants and shopping. We would have liked to be able to use the hot tub a little later at night after putting kids to bed.”

“We arrived at the property at 2:41 hoping to be able to get in early. I reached out to Vacasa and was told “regrettably no”. We stayed in the parking spot until 3:18, no one coming or going and asked again and was told no and that the key lock would accept my code at 4:00pm. Another family came early, we relayed our experience, but their code “worked” (cottage 5) approx 3:40 and they were able to get in. We waited until 3:57, tried until 4:02, and finally our code worked. While we were waiting……
