“Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink……

There were only 3 small downfalls: 1) it's a bit cramped for 6 people 2) it's rather expensive for the size 3) watch out for the fan getting up and down from the loft!”

“This place was just beautiful our experience was just perfect extremely clean and very well organized, we had a group of 11 people and everyone had there privacy there is plenty of room to not feel overwhelmed traveling with so many people ! The barn was super awesome the horses, donkey, goats and caws and bunny’s where super friendly , all the cat where so cute specially the black cat wow what a great host :) pretty much was looking after us the whole time and always help us go across the……

“This property was as described - quaint, cozy and conveniently located. We had a family reunion over the long weekend and found that the property included almost everything we needed. We did have a problem connecting to the WIFI. The password would not work and we had to reboot the nest and the router which meant changing to the factory password. We reached out to the host through text, phone and through the VRBO app and it took many hours for her to respond. By then, our son had figured it out……

“This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating.
