Noticed a lot of trash / empty cups laying around pool area, behind bushes, etc.. Even noticed that the next morning, same trash from day before was still not picked up.

Excellent hotel the positives. * Food options are plentiful....16 different restaurants, some you have to book ahead of time either the day of or anytime during your stay. It's very easy and convenient to download the oasis app as you can naviagate the whole resort, book your restaurants, and see what activities and entertainment they have going on. * Clean rooms * Biggest pool in Cancun, make sure you get your spots early, a lot of guest get up insanely early and put there towels down. This doesn't reserve your spot but just get out there early. *Beach is what you came here for and it's one of the biggest properties in Cancun thus having one of the biggest beach areas in Cancun. Again get there early to get a good spot. The constructive criticism and additional things to know. * They give you 2 towels per room when you get your towels at the kiosk. They also give you 2 towels in your room when you first arrive. *Uber is your friend and safe, if you take the taxis or hotel transportation it's over 5x more. *Explore downtown Cancun, it's just a few minutes from this hotel. Again, it's safe to venture out. * Stay at the pyramid with the black band, that gives you more options for restaurants, private beach beds, you have to pay a little extra for them, and just an overall better experience. Overal this hotel is clean, safe, and good for familys and adults. Great atmosphere and very relaxing. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will come here again.

No bell boys at the door to greet you and take your luggage to the room like other resorts I have visited in Cancun/Riviera Maya. Alcohol is completely water down, and no waiters by the pool to offer drinks. Rooms should have stand showers instead of high tubs which is hard to get out of and can fall down. There was lots of pressure by sales people to sign up for Oasis membership which is waste of time and they get you the first day before you experience the actual stay. Food was ok, don't like the part where eggs are made a pork together, for someone that does not eat pork due to religious reasons which is many in this world. They should have separate grill just for eggs and veggies and meat should be cooked on different grill which they do have right next to it, but they are not using it. The Italian restaurant was good and food was pretty good, the steakhouse is also good. Now we come to the pool area, which is really dirty and water is not maintained as it should. There was floating garbage in the pool including plastic cups, trash, etc. I think lots of people pee in the pool, and the reason is that there are not enough restrooms around pool areas, probably the reason why people pee in the pool which is disgusting. There are no lifeguards anywhere around the pool areas and pool is really big. The waiters and bartenders were pretty good and friendly. Beach/Pool towel situation is horrible no stations to exchange dirty towels,

There was a lot of advertising going on, lot of force to accept promotions or to become members for traveling. They catch people at the entrance and make promises for free activities but then make excuses about them and don’t give the offers. This is wasting our time. There are hidden fees to everything. other than that the resort overall is good, housekeeping, waiters are pleasant. Another recommendation would be halal meat. We are Muslim and we were only able to eat the fish and veggies, we did not eat the meat meals.

The food was not very good! The bathroom around the resort needed a lot of attention, and the earliest you could get an alcoholic drink was 10am. All the bars were short handed the whole time I was there, you were lucky to have two bartenders at a bar at one time so the line was long waiting to get a drink! The alcohol was cheap as hell! For an all inclusive resort I was expecting it to be a lot better than it was, for sure… there were many guests that we talked with that said the same thing about the food, drinks, and service!
