“2 level condo is nice. A little tricky to find in the dark. Arrive in the daylight or get additional details than what’s on the “map” at check in.”

“This property was perfect! We stayed in the area for a wedding and could not have been happier with this property. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! They had everything you needed- a kitchen with all of the utensils/ supplies, plenty of towels, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, and lots of games. If we are ever looking to stay up there again we would definitely book this place again! ”

“Our family liked this little stone cottage though we didn’t realize how cramped we would feel. It’s probably a better fit for a couple. The setting on the lake is nice and would probably be fun in the summer. For a rainy fall weekend, there was little to do (no games, puzzles, internet, tv wouldn’t work w/o service, no bikes or fire pit as advertised). We made the best of it but found ourselves bored in the remote location. ”

“The location was ideal for our summer family summer, we were looking primarily for something within driving distance to many attractions. Grocery store was a short trip out of town. The AC is not central air, there was one mini split in the living room and fans in the basement and top floor bedrooms. Luckily we stayed during a rainy week, so it was sufficient for our stay. The bedrooms were a little confusing in the listing, there are 2 bedrooms in the basement and open room with a trundle bed.……

“The house was beautiful and made for a great place for us to spend time with family. Open concept and huge kitchen was perfect for our family dinner nights. We loved it!”

“We had a short stay in mid October to observe foliage in NH. House is very very clean. Worked out well for teens to be separated form adults on the lower level that has garden acsess and a tub. House has 6 passes for free access to Sports facilities with several swimming pools, jacuzzi a well equipped gym, play room, tennis courts, basketball courts - plenty of things to do to relax and stay active in between other things NH has to offer. ”

“I grew up coming up to this lake. My family owned a small log cabin across the cove. It is heart warming to know that there are still a handfull of cozy, knotty-pine paneled cabins here like the one I grew up in. This place was completely charming — big stone fireplace, beamed ceilings with skylights, large deck overlooking the water, lots of windows for natural light. The kitchen was great but could have used some wine glasses and other glassware, and the oven was difficult to figure out. Also,……

“The only down side for an older person is the amount of stairs that need to be negotiated.”

“The house is very beautiful and spacious. It looks even better in person. I stayed with a group of mommy friends and family, a little getaway before the new school year begins. The ladies loved the house. There were only a few complaints about the temperatures in some of the rooms and the beds were not soft enough for some of the ladies. All based on individual preference. It only got 4/5 stars for the cleaning because it was very surface level cleaning. I have a slight case of OCD - The fridge……

“Great location close to Franconia notch. This is a beautiful home. We appreciated the cleanliness. The number of bathrooms was great. We loved the home! There was access to a community indoor hot tub and pool. Don’t forget to bring your own body wash and shampoo! ”

“I love how quiet it is. The place itself is a bit run down. Fridge had full of left over old food and dirty pan. Stove is just not usable but we didn’t have to bake anything. We did enjoy staying there. ”

“The room and property exceeded expectations. If you are part of the Dave Ramsey/Baby Step club be prepared that being pitched for a time share is part of your check in. The room was amazing however! Full kitchen with silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot, etc. We were able to have breakfast in. My wife loved having the soaking tub in our room! ”
