“My first time in this area and I hope not our last. The house was as advertised and a perfect location. With the lake access this house would be absolutely perfect in the summer. The road access was a little challenging but manageable ”

“It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. ”

“Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the first waterfall which leads to a creek that runs along the backyard. The next one is on the way to the main drag. Saw 5 , one from our boat ride on Seneca lake and again on our ride around the lake which is worth it. There is a beautiful park area at the top with nice walking path. Very peaceful. Due to our health we were unable to do Watkins Glen State Park but did watch a video so we could feel like we saw it. Great area for a long weekend.……

“The entire family was very happy with our accommodations, location and beauty. We played games, walked outside, took photos and spent 2 different days at 2 different Falls and Gorges enjoying the local nature highlights. As bird loves we went to Ithaca to Cornell's Bird Research Lab as well as visiting the fall and eating in the downtown area. A lovely time and a great place for multi generational joy!!!”
