“Stayed this past weekend for a football game at Catholic University. The location was close to the fields, so that was a bonus. Getting there from the airport wasn’t difficult either. Parking was not ideal. There supposedly two first come first serve parking spots behind a teal house, but good luck finding those spots. Street parking is limited as you have to have a zone 5 pass. “Home was clean, easy to find parking, and convenient to public transit via street car that runs to Union Station frequently. The host was very responsive when expressing needs or issues. We traveled with two senior citizens who struggled with the walk up to the 4th floor apartment. I live in NYC and not much makes me uncomfortable but the immediate corner has some folks outside day and night doing some sketchy business.
