“There are a lot of good things about our stay. We loved being able to walk through Stowe at all hours. We loved the convenience of having a market right next door. And I was able to get a haircut right downstairs. The rec path was close and delightful to walk on. But we had no hot water--none--for the entire stay. Before arriving we were told the hot water heater needed a part that wouldn't be available for 3 days. We were even offered another rental to use instead, but it wasn't right downtown……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stowe at the StoweGlobe. It was a beautifully decorated place, cleaned to perfection and right in the midst of the Main Street action. The entire process of checking in and checking out was an absolute breeze, parking wasn’t hard to figure out, and the noise from the restaurant downstairs was not nearly as noticeable as described in the listing. That said, the complementary earplugs left on the nightstands was a kind and thoughtful touch (although we didn’t……

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this studio. The unit was spotless. The kitchenette, soaking tub, and fireplace were great amenities. The view of the mountain from the room is beautiful and you can watch the gondola come and go from the balcony. Great location and so much to do within Spruce Peak Village. We will definitely visit again.”

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the views of the slopes are wonderful! The hotel staff were very accommodating and the entire resort at Christmas time was breathtaking. Stowe is literally like a Christmas time Hallmark movie!! We will definitely be back!!”

“We are from Florida had never stayed in northern Vermont and we up for some skiing and visiting winter. This retreat worked great. Exactly as described, it is a cozy spot nestled in the mountains a short walk to Smuggler’s Notch Ski Resort and under an hour to Stowe on the other side of the mountain (when Rt 108 is closed for the winter). A great base camp to explore the area and get in some winter sports. It had everything you need and everything went very smoothly. Thanks for a great winter……
