「The location of sandunes 2 is perfect, right on the beach. The accommodation was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The kids loved exploring the sandunes」

「We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!」

「This is a lovely little property and it is in a lovely location right on the beech. When we stayed the weather was very windy but we still had a great time. The only issue, there was no parking permit at the property and it was 20 for the parking for the trip as iparking is i the main carpark」

「We had a cracking long weekend here. 5 mins flat walk to the sandy beach (even closer if you lump it over the hill). Chris and Jenny met us at the house and explained everything we needed to know. They were also super accomodating setting things up for our toddler in advance (gates/cot/chair). Thanks to the hosts.」

「Lovely place. I didn’t realise when I booked that the room is not en-suite. Which was fine except only two toilets for 12-14 pods. The pods are nice and very well kept, but very small for mote than 2 people. Family with little kids ok, but we were groups of adults and teenagers so not idea. Over all place is very nice, but probably not worth the cost. 」

「The cottage was brimming with character, featuring exposed beams, original stone walls, and vintage decor, the cozy fireplace was the perfect touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The host was exceptionally welcoming. Location was perfect as well! Highly recommend!」

「Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in T's Beach House verbracht. Das Haus bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf's Meer, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin hat uns bereits vor Anreise viele nützliche Informationen über die Umgebung zur Verfügung gestellt und war während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. 」

「We loved the huge and interesting house and garden It was better equipped than any other house we had stayed in - especially the kitchen. Parking arrangements are good. The village has a choice of food shops within walking distance. The sea is close. We would have liked the house to have been warmed up and aired a little before our arrival but that’s a small grumble. We really enjoyed our stay there - it worked very well for us. We could be both together and separate !」

「Party of 11 hired the house for the weekend. Location was great, right on the beach. House was as described, everything you needed was here. Enough room for us all. Monika was readily available for any questions we had. Check in was smooth. Local restaurants were good, we did book in advance. Would definitely stay here again. easy」

「Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and room was nice and big with a very comfy bed and pillows. Hotel is in a great spot - right in the beach, a 10 minute walk into the lovely Hythe village and only a 10 minute drive into Folkestone. Breakfast options were pretty limited but what was provide was very nice. Our only negative would be in the spa and pool area. The treatment rooms are very noisy so not relaxing at all as you can clearly hear other people taking and even the water running...
