Super clean and comfortable apartment with excellent underground parking and elevator to the unit. The host, Juan, goes out of his way to meet and great you, is very informative about things to do, restaurants and bodegas in the area. In short……..a super stay with a super host!

On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house. There was a supermarket 3 minutes walk away and various bars and restaurants within short walking distance . we were able to catch a bus directly to Santander within a 3 minute walk. The buses are cheap and regular Single fare 1.55E, small bottle of water 1.70E!!.Santander's coastal area is beautiful. The Hop on Hop off bus is a great way to see the city. If you fancy a longish trip, visit Potes in the Picos de Europa for magnificent mountain scenery (and a slightly hair raising ride) and veture on to Fuente De for a cable car ride up the mountains. How did we find out about these places? From our superb Host, Juan Jose. His knowledge and suggestions made the stay wonderful . Thank you Juan Jose.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l’accueil de notre hôte qui communique beaucoup, il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour à Santander. Un excellent accueil. Notre séjour s'est déroulé â merveille grâce â la disponibilité, la gentillesse et les conseils de nos hôtes. L'appartement est idéal pour un couple et même plus. Il est fonctionnel jouie d'un environnement tés calme tout en étant proche des commerces. Il est Lumineux et son balcon est un plus appréciable. Le garage en sous- sol desservie par ascenseur facilite grandement la vie. Je reccomande sans réserve ce bien.

Hemos estado alojados mi marido, mis 2 hijos (5 años y bebé 3 meses) y yo. Todo han sido facilidades desde el principio por parte de Josefa y Juanjo (madre e hijo). Juanjo muy atento de todas las necesidades de los huéspedes. Y Josefa, es una señora encantadora y súper amable. Trato y comunicación muy fácil con ellos. Nos pusieron una cuna para el bebé sin suplementos. Y el día de la entrada nos permitieron entrar a las 10:30h en lugar de a las 16:30h, algo que agradecimos mucho después de 5 horas de viaje con los peques. El apartamento está como nuevo. Todo en perfecto estado y súper limpio. Disponen de todo lo que necesites para la estancia: toallas, sábanas, electrodomésticos, cafetera, tostador, tendedero, vajilla, internet WiFi, TV, etc. Y plaza de parking muy amplia (un punto muy a favor porque es difícil de aparcar en la zona).
