“Everything ”

“The villa was stocked with all you need to get your vacation started. It was a short walk to the nearest pool and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach, you can catch the tram for a faster trip if you desire. The villa was very quiet at night which made sleeping that much easier after a day at the beach and enjoying the hot sun. Our only 1 complaint would be the shower had little flow coming from it.”

“Our Serenity was a fantastic condo! Has literally everything you could ever need. Very well stocked and lots of storage space. The neighborhood and all of Edgewater resort is very nice and the tram over to the beach was the best thing ever Beach chairs, kids toys and lots of extras. Easy Uber access for pick up/drop offs. We had a wonderful time. Loved this condo….only 1 negative was the queen room beds were not real great. Could maybe use replacement but overall everything else was fantastic!!!”

“We enjoyed our stay and Michael was great to work with. I would say that the description and pictures were accurate but the condo itself was bigger than I thought. Everything was clean but definitely a bit outdated which was fine, would just suggest maybe updating the bathrooms soon. Loved that my kids had their own room and bathroom but for some reason the 2nd room always stayed a bit warm/humid but there were multiple fans in the master closet so we put a couple in there. We actually used……

“Great location right next to the pool. HVAC is the worst part of the unit, very hot during the day there, but cooled down a little at night. Would suggest bringing fans. Lots of Ants in Master bathroom, Master bedroom door didn’t lock- not good! Everything else was fantastic. Check in was super easy. Thank you.”

“There are way too many options on PCB to stay in this condo. CONS: -No hand soap in master bathroom -No pool/beach towels and they warn you not to use their bath towels. I don't know about you but I don't fly with pool towels -No dish soap at all -One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. For a week's stay, you'd think you could throw in an extra roll of tp or two -No starter coffee supplies -Dirty floors- made our bare feet grey from how dirty they were on the very first day we were……

“The place was not bad. It does need some updates. The host was great and I really appreciated their help. There were some things like no batteries in the remotes, a flickering light, and a sink repair and they took care of it right away. The resort and beach are beautiful. Plenty of pools and places to eat. Great place to stay.”

“We had a great stay at the Blue Pearl. It was a quick and easy walk to the pool and beach. Home was stocked with everything we needed and more! It was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs, umbrella and pack n’ play. Teri was the most supportive and responsive host. We can’t wait to stay here again one day! ”

“Everything was absolutely incredible from the house to the hosts...Great ocean views, close proximity to the beach, Was great relaxing in the hot tub watching football. It's close to all the attractions. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 to spread out. Jeff responds immediately to any questions...Even the pool guy was super friendly. We vacation twice a year and this house and Host are by far the easiest and nicest place we have stayed. We have stayed at more expensive places but not……

“Loved our stay. Very clean. Felt homey and lived in, which just made it nice. Wasn’t much of any communication which almost felt strange. Was hoping they would reach out like the last two properties to extend our stay but never happened. We were ready to stay till Sunday if they had. My only complaint is the bed in the master just about killed me and my wife. Everything else was awesome. Would definitely book this unit again. Really wish you all would of given us the excuse to stay 4 or 5 more……
