“We had a small family gathering for the holidays, and it was just perfect. The home was large and comfortable, with lovely views of the water. We heard owls and coyotes nearby! Check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely recommend. One item - if you're not used to remote country roads, make sure to arrive during daylight hours - it's DARK out there!”

“This was just a lovely little place to retreat to when the summer got hot. The A/C and gorgeous shower was soo needed. Everything was there that I needed. ”

“This property was perfect for my husband and me. It was private, quiet, & a close drive to my husbands class reunion. It was easy to reach the owner. The property is surrounded by grape vineyards. We were in studio 5. There is a homey, spacious & enclosed backyard. I will return. ”

“It was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Master bedroom was spacious. The only thing that I can say that wasn't a positive was multiple deliveries put on the front porch. I called the host and left a message asking what she would like me to do with them. No call back in the four days there. So they were left out in the open. ”

“My family and I stayed spent 5 nights at this adorable place. The entire stay was easy and fabulous. The house is cozy and clean. The location was great for our 6 year old because it was 1 block from a nice park.Our only issue which was easily remedied was the air freshener that was plugged in was overwhelming and actually made me a bit ill the first day. We unplugged it and opened the door and problem solved. I suggest if you are sensitive to air fresheners to let Debbie know ahead of time.……

“Our group of ladies gathers each year, and this home is by far, the most perfect place. Huge kitchen for us to coo meals together, large dining table to gather 'round, and plenty if beds and baths for all. Lots of breathing space. Another wonderful weekend. ”

“I booked this space for my parent’s Anniversary/Christmas present. They were so pleased with how clean it was, in a nice neighborhood, and in walking distance of everything! Well stalked with everything needed for the stay. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great property, lots of room for our large group. We had a really good Xmas. Not quite ready for our large group as we needed towels and clean sheets. First time as a VRBO so I am sure it will be ready for the next rental.”

“Awesome place to stay. Well furnished with everything you could need including the kitchen being well furnished. Scenic view of the river and some great restaurants in the tVista. ”

“We visited Lodi for a birthday celebration and wine tasting. Wineries were delicious and so much fun!! But our favorite thing to do was hang out at “home”!! The house was very spacious, clean, and cozy!! Accommodated 8 of us easily. Really did feel like we were all just hanging out at home. Before we’d even left we were planning another visit and will only stay here!! Host is very accessible and quick to respond. ”
