====BOOKING REQUIREMENTS====
We require:
- Signed rental agreement (same info as is in our listing and house rules, no surprises!)
- ID
- Background/credit check for stays >30 days (soft pull on your credit, and we pay for the check)
- Prior approval for pets
- Prior approval for guests under the age of 21
====PAYMENT STRUCTURE====
We understand that you may not want to pay for all 3 months on day 1! Since we are set up for longer term bookings, we have our payment structure set up to collect only 25% of the booking up front. After you complete the booking requirements, we will set up a monthly payment schedule with you similar to a long term rental structure.
