The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was quiet and perfect, with easy access to lots of restaurants and walking distance to Square One. “We sent numerous messages that were not answered. We called vrbo and they tried to contact to no avail. Am now waiting for requested refund. We didn’t go because we never got hold of the property owner and didn’t have a place to stay. I would have put not applicable as a review but it wouldn’t let me answer or respond without filling in everything. We had to postpone trip do to the no response and I’m not happy about it”

“Couldn’t contact owner 24 hours before check in. Called VRBO - they couldn’t contact them either. Gave us the direct number WHICH WAS NOT EVEN IN SERICE! Arrived for month long stay check in - no such owner - no short term rentals allowed in building. After reserving back in February here we are with no place to stay on one day’s notice trying to find a comparable rental for 28 days. TERRIBLE VRBO EXPERIENCE!”
