“Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend.
Der Zimmerservice war unzureichend. Am zweiten Tag kam das Reinigungspersonal erst sehr spät, und anschließend wurde das Bett sogar mit der bereits benutzten und schmutzigen Bettwäsche neu bezogen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht nicht den Mindeststandards eines Hotels.
Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war überwiegend sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Bereits einfache Fragen schienen zu viel zu sein. Lediglich ein Mitarbeiter……

“Le personnel est très serviable et la chambre est correct. Le gros bémol c’est que les murs ne sont pas bien insonorisés et on entend tout ce qui passe dans les couloirs et les chambres. Les clients souvent très jeunes sont très bruyants et des fois à des heures hyper tardives ou en plein milieu de la nuit.”

“A no frills hotel, super basic, no expectation, no disappointment.
There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle.
I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well. To be honest, I’m not a fan of the area situated, there’re too many people and not very clean. However, the……

“Mucho bueno que decir. Primero, el Staff me trató super bien!! Segundo; lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tercero; localización. A 3 minutos caminando la parada del autobus para todo lugar, inclusive el aereopuerto. Es prácticamente, el ultimo hotel de la Riviera de Palma y esta a 6 minutos, caminando, de la playa. Los restaurantes justo a su lado o cerca del area. Tiene un supermercado a 4 minutos del hotel. La verdad, lo tiene todo y es super acogedor. Además, tiene piscina y un Spa. Espero……
