“Cold food. Buffet heaters and not keeping the food hot. Not much choice with food, only 1 restaurant on premises. After bar closes no access to drinking water on the premises. Dirty beach. Staff ok. Hotel should be more maintained. Reception spotless. The rest of the hotel not so much. Dirty cups everywhere. Room cleaning ladies real angels. Taxi or uber hard to get, be prepared for £70 to drive to Palma one way. Better to rent a car for a full day. Walk to Magaluf (nearest civilisation) around……

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”
