「Cold food. Buffet heaters and not keeping the food hot. Not much choice with food, only 1 restaurant on premises. After bar closes no access to drinking water on the premises. Dirty beach. Staff ok. Hotel should be more maintained. Reception spotless. The rest of the hotel not so much. Dirty cups everywhere. Room cleaning ladies real angels. Taxi or uber hard to get, be prepared for £70 to drive to Palma one way. Better to rent a car for a full day. Walk to Magaluf (nearest civilisation) around...

「Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice.」

「We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. 「This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was excellent again. It gives us a great base in a lovely convenient location. The only thing we would change would be to have more comfortable seats/sun loungers on the balcony. 」
