“Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors.
8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice.”

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“Tuvimos una estancia perfecta en este hotel en Mallorca. La vista es simplemente espectacular, una de las mejores que hemos disfrutado. Despertar cada día con ese paisaje fue una experiencia inolvidable.
Todo estuvo excelente: la limpieza, la comodidad de la habitación y la atención del personal. El ambiente es tranquilo, hermoso y perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar.
Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que visite Mallorca. ¡Una experiencia……

“We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. Variety of appies, drinks, salads, fruits, breads, cheeses, meat; the dishes were very tasty! We enjoyed the pork belly with crispy skin, paella, calamari and all sorts of different fish.
