“we couldn't fault the hotel, the facilities or the staff. Sadly, despite great breakfasts and snacks, the evening meals were a massive disappointment ! Having booked half board, we ended up eating all but one of our evening meals away from the hotel.”

“My room was huge with hot tub, however did have little trouble with the air when arrived but they sent someone to fix immediately. The staff were super helpful and kind my whole entire time there. Breakfast was on point everyday of my stay! Wish the iced lattes were a little better but all in all was a great stay. ”

“A perfect spot in Santa Eulalia! Quiet at night, clean, nice pool, super lovely staff! My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower but it’s not the end of the world :) Loved all the staff and it’s a great value in a small village. ”

“Really nice hotel and rooms, food and cocktail options were great. Staff were lovely and it’s in a really nice part of Ibiza. Theres a little taxi rank right outside the hotel too. I arrived early and they had upgraded our room to a sea view and ready before normal check in time which was a bonus. The room was really nice (although I’d hardly call it a sea view), the balcony did smell of stale cigarettes so I didn’t spend much time out there. There was also a €200 daily charge on the room which……

“If you are an experienced camper or at least go with the expectation of a full-on camping experience, you'll enjoy it. It is fairly basic but provides everything you need and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. You absolutely MUST have a vehicle to get there, it is a long way from the main road up a steep and stony track, so public transport is not an option. It is set in very beautiful and tranquil surroundings high in the hills away from disturbance. I loved it.”

“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”
