“Traveling for a wedding, our family decided to be together. It was wonderful. This was a perfect home for the 10 of us. The home is very spacious w everything you need. Communication w the owner was simple and prompt. Location was peaceful & the neighborhood appeared safe. Thank you for contributing to some wonderful memories! . ”

“The title of the listing, "Spacious cozy retreat, off the beaten path close to all Pittsburgh attractions" is a perfect description for this home. The location is super quiet in a good way. No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me. We didn't interact with any of the neighbors though a number of them waved as they drove or walked by. Definitely a welcoming environment. While it is 'off the beaten path' it is……

“Our group spent a wonderful week in Pittsburgh. So much to see and do and this location was close enough to the city to get to everything, but far away enough that we felt very safe and secure. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. without traveling far to get there. This house was very adequate for 6 “young at heart” women. ”

“The house and grounds made a perfect place as a home base for family and friends to gather during my son's wedding weekend. Jill is a great hostess providing lots of extra touches to ensure everyone has a great time. I highly recommend Meadow Rock to anyone considering it.”

“Since moving to FL 50+ years ago I have always missed fall in PA with all the beautiful colors of fall leaves. This was the perfect week for time in the country this year. The drive in from the expressway was a long winding road past the most outstanding colors we have seen in a long time. It is definitely in the country but close enough to restaurants, shopping not to be an inconvenience. As there are no pictures of the outside of the home- we did not know that there were a lot of stairs to access the house as well as stairs to access all the bedrooms. This may be important to note for accessibility concerns. The pull out couch was also very uncomfortable to sit on. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. ”
