I stayed at the W Costa Rica celebrating my boyfriend birthday. I absolutely love this resort. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs during our stay. Our was so spacious and the ocean view put the icing on the cake. Will definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting Costa Rica!

Property is beautiful but the hotel seems short staffed, service at restaurants is not great, and honestly, the food is terrible. We expected better food for the prices we were paying. This is a hotel/ resort for families, there are no changing tables in any of the restrooms. Also no elevator to be able to take my baby's stroller around. The food is incredibly salty. The food options are very limited. It’s literally the same options every single day. WiFi they attempted to fix the connection but the connection was intermittent and it sucked the entire 7 days. There was a day where they printed the menu out to give to us so that we can view the menu to be able to order room service. The best thing about this place, the staff. They were so pleasant and accommodating during the entire trip.
