Excellent location and expansive views
Great family vacation rental with nearby access to excellent beach club facility. Really enjoyed the large covered outdoor patio with awesome views! Great golf course experience, loved the Jobo pool complex, and especially enjoyed seeing the local howler monkeys and coatis. Highly recommend this property.

A slice of heaven
The condo was spacious and clean. The view was so beautiful. We enjoyed watching the howler monkeys both from our patio as well as small walks around our condo area. We used the beach club many times. They supplied towels and brought beach chairs out to the ocean for us. We used our rental car to get around the Reserva.

Great Condo in Reserva Conchal
My family and I had a terrific stay at Jobo in Reserva Conchal. The view was spectacular of the ocean and golf course. The condo itself was roomy and immaculate and was very well equiped for cooking and lounging. We partcularly enjoyed the beach club and other amenities. If we're fortunate enough to return to Costa Rica, we'll defnitely look to stay here again.

great Condo to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! it was fully stocked with pots and pans and everything we needed to make meals daily. the beds were comfy and it was the perfect size for us. Thank you for making our stay in Costa great! also the property manager was awesome she was very helpful with getting us golf carts and helping us get in touch with excursions companies. A+

A+ Property with every amenity
We thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent in Costa Rica - at Rererva Conchal. It was the perfect home for our family of five adults and one year old. The kitchen had everything we needed and included all amenities. The expansive balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean was enjoyed constantly. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms along with excellent A/C, were beyond our expectations. The pool at Jobo is a tranquil and beautiful place. A quick shuttle to the Beach was a breeze. Our concierge, Melisa was very helpful and arranged for a cook, massage and groceries that were in the kitchen upon our arrival. We were very sad to leave and we will definitely return.

Best Vacation Ever
We stayed at this beautiful condo in Costa Rica for 4 nights. It was perfect. The view was breathtaking. We had coffee on the balcony every morning facing the mountains and beach. A short walk to the luxurious beach club and the most picturesque beach I've ever visited. Seamless Wifi kept us in touch with loved ones and work back home. All three bedrooms were beautifully decorated. Full kitchen with every single kitchen amenity you could ever need for a gourmet meal or just to mix frozen fruity beverages. We were there with 3 couples and everyone had plenty of privacy and wonderful time together too. Truly the best vacation ever and you cannot go wrong renting this condo.

Beautiful & safe property
So many great things to say about this property and the management. The house is just as the pictures and the view from the balcony is even better in person. The house is in a super secured location near the pools and the beach. Management, specially Laura went above and beyond to help us with anything that we needed. Wonderful family getaway!
We were "wowed" from the moment we stepped in the door! This condo was perfect for our large family of eight, with plenty of communal space, but also very nice-sized bedrooms all around. And perfectly decorated as well! But our favorite space, hands-down, was the balcony. It stretches from the master bedroom side, passes the living & dining room, all the way to another bedroom on the other side of the condo. Plenty of seating to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail. We loved sitting outside each morning, listening to the howler monkeys (what an incredible sound they make!) and watching the magpie jays. Of course, the sunrises and sunsets were incredible. Also, with such a large family, having a fully-stocked kitchen at our disposal and laundry facilities was spot on. The resort itself was lovely too. We certainly made use of the beach club and all it had to offer. Dinners down on the sand in the evening were just fabulous. We still talk about the incredible shrimp and other yummy food. I have to say that we have been in many VRBO properties through the years, but this place was absolutely the best! Thank you so much for a such a wonderful family getaway!!

Beautiful ocean condo
This three bedroom condo each with its own bathroom is perfect for any family. It also has a half bath. The master bedroom, one other bedroom, living and dining room have a full view of the ocean. It is a beautiful view to wake up to and watch the sun set. This is a very large condo with everything you need. They have a pool that is only for the guest of the building or you can go to the beach club and hang out on the beach or the pool. You can also hear monkeys, we saw them at the beach club. We had a wonderful family vacation and plan on more trips!

Beautiful condo, outstanding views in Reserva Conchal
Very nicely furnished, spacious condo overlooking the 15th green, trees and the ocean and mountains beyond it. Spent every morning on the large balcony drinking coffee, watching the birds and howler monkeys. It's about 10 minute mostly downhill walk to the beautiful beach club and they also have shuttles. Food at the beach club is quite good. Brasilito, Flamingo and Tamarindo are not too far via taxi and provide great options for dining. The concierge Melissa arranged a private chef (Chef Roy) to come to the condo which was a nice highlight of our week. Looking forward to a return visit.

Loved this condo!
Thanks to Eddie for renting his beautiful condo to us. It was spacious, clean, well appointed with a large balcony overlooking a short par 3 on the golf course. Thanks also to Melissa for organizing a cleaning lady and dealing with all our requests and concerns. The only question is... when can we go back?

Perfect
Highly recommended. This is a well furnished and decorated condo with lots of room. There are several condo buildings within Reserva Conchal. This one is in Joba which seems to be one of the best. It's fairly new and well designed and the location gives you one of the best ocean views. It's also more on the edge of the development which is good but keep in mind the development is spread out over a few miles so walking to the Westin and Beach Club would be too far. The shuttles will be there for you consistently in a few minutes so you could certainly just do that but a car is a good idea at least for a few days. You really have the best of both worlds here with the beach club and their concierge people who are happy to help all the time. We certainly preferred the beach club to the Westin and it's restaurants. You can't go wrong with this place.

Awesome Vacation
We had a wonderful vacation and and can't wait to go back. When we return we will definitely be staying at Jobo. It was perfect in every way and everyone was very accommodating. The condo was the perfect size with plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed several meals on the wonderful porch. The views were amazing and sitting on the porch drinking my coffee in the morning was very relaxing. Hearing the monkeys and watching the birds made me feel as though I was very much in a different country. Not only was the condo wonderful the pool at our condo was very nice and beautiful. We enjoyed afternoon swims right at the condo. Going to the beach was an easy short ride and the beach club was beautiful. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We also were able to enjoy the surrounding communities and local restaurants. We can not wait to go back!!!

Perfection in Paradise
We can't wait to plan our next trip back to Costa Rica and will definitely be staying at Jobo. The condo was perfect in every way; clean, spacious, comfortable, well stocked, and beautiful! The views and balcony are amazing. We loved watching a family of monkeys in the trees every morning across the golf course. The entire resort was perfect. It was very easy to get around and a short trip to the beach. Both the service and the food were excellent at the beach club. There were numerous restaurants and activities outside of the resort to explore as well. We're already planning our next trip back to this paradise.

Beautiful Condo With Breathtaking Views
We had a wonderful stay in Costa Rica! The condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated with all the upgrades that is needed for a vacation or an extended stay. The views are breathtaking. You can't find a better place to stay than here! The amenities and the beach club are top notch. We are looking forward to going again.
