On our first day we took a shower with cold water. I have an elderly dad that cannot shower with cold water. The next morning I went to front desk and they switched us to the family apartments because there was a problem with the hot water service to the rooms. We should have been told when we checked in. The third day we requested maid service. Came back at night to a bag with towels hanging in our door, and we were locked out of the apartment. The bottom lock was in and we were not provided with a key. I called, texted and sent a WhatsApp message to Administration to no avail. Went to the office to see if I could find an emergency number and found a security person who was very helpful. He looked for the key and walked back to the apartment with me to ensure it worked. Once confirmed he gave me the key. We went in and found that no maid service was provided.
I got a call back from administration the next morning after 11am telling me that the maid went to enter the apartment and had no key to the top lock. She locked the bottom lock and left. We should have been advised if this and were not.
Our fifth night we lost power. I got up and went to see if it was just us or the entire building. When I opened the bedroom door, lighting the way with my phone, I came upon dozens of roaches all over the hallway, dining and kitchen floor. They were even in the dining table. We were blessed enough that the power came back in five minutes time. I left all the lights on.
