My friends and I stayed here for the weekend while we were going to Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard and this house was perfect. It was spacious and perfect for what we needed for the trip.

Awesome experience.
This was by far the best home I’ve stayed at. Super clean. Great living room and kitchen vibe to keep the conversation going. The deck was perfect for some fall time dinners. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll be staying here.

Really enjoyed our time! Super close to so much. House was spotless! Owner provider basic toiletries and kitchen needs-which was a nice touch! Quiet neighborhood with short walk to a playground and small beach area-(I’d bring a wagon if walking with littles).

Poorly finished & maintained in convenient location
We pulled in and the lawn and weeds were towering so it was evident it not had been landscapes recently. The front exterior door was broken and once we entered, the house was not decorated to be inviting or welcoming. Very minimal furniture that was pieced together, no extra touches including no mattress pads, non working lights or vents in the bathrooms. We stayed for two weeks there were no extra kitchen towels or trash bags. The threshold between the kitchen and living room was lifting exposing nails so it wasn't safe for our children. There are obvious updates but the exec execution was poor.towelspadthatetogether

Could have been better
Not the worst place I’ve rented but there were multiple issues. From a safety perspective there is no smoke detector in the kitchen (it was removed from the ceiling) and no ventilation in any of the bathrooms. We also found a live mouse running around the kitchen/living room the 2nd night we were there. The basement was extremely musty and damp when we arrived and triggered allergy symptoms in 2 members of our group. The listing/pictures are misleading about the basement bedroom, the 2 “beds” are an air mattress and a rusty cot with a falling apart mattress. A lot of the furniture was low quality/uncomfortable. From an amenities perspective it was lacking several things like pillows and kitchen basics (no salt, pepper, or cooking oil) and we only had a partial roll of paper towels with no extra rolls. We would not stay here again.
