“Absolutely a little gem of a hotel in Entebbe. It sits 40 meters from the shores of lake Victoria with a restaurant literally kissing the water. The atmosphere here is warm friendly and welcoming with a staff that loves their job. The food is delicious and it’s only 15 minutes by car to the airport. Can highly recommend this hotel”

“The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. There is a nice bar area where they serve great breakfast and drinks. They even stocked up on our favourite drinks on request. The only drawback for us was the location. It's……

“Inte riktigt som jag trodde, hotellet var mer slitet än väntat och wi-fi fungerade aldrig, trots att jag uppgraderade till ett rum där de garanterade wi-fi. Men frukosten var bra.”

“Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia.”

“Il n'y a pas de navette pour prendre les passagers a l'aeroport et pas de numero de telephone pour orienter les clients qui arrivent tard. J'ai perdu 2 heures sans trouver l'hotel et l'argent de ma reservation a ete gaspille gratuitement.”
