“We enjoyed our time in this cottage so much last spring that we booked it again for this spring. The cottage is minutes away from the Missisquoi National Wildlife Reserve and Lake Champlain boat launch. There is so much to do here and it’s perfect for people who enjoy fishing, kayaking, birding, or walking nature trails. The cottage was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. We’ll be back.”

“The lake was wonderful! The dock, kayak, canoe, yard games, and sun porch were very nice. The entire inside was beyond disgusting, and despite reaching out to the property manager several times, and being told help was coming, none ever came. Our sheets had dog hair, dirt, and debris ALL through them, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, every window had cobwebs and loads of dead bugs, the door was broken, and everything was as “janky”. For what you get, it should be a LOT cheaper per night. It’s……
