“We stayed here for the weekend and it was wonderful! The kids loved the playset outside and the game room! Definitely would recommend to other groups and families. ”

“This place was amazing. Located right in the center of it all. Communication was easy and everything was in order. The accommodations were clean, neat and beautifully decorated. The deck outside is amazing. It was a little chilly (November) however during the sunny daytime hours we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. This location is so close to everything. “We stayed here for New Year's Eve with our 2 teenagers. The house could not have been any more perfect. The 2 bedrooms fit us well and the kids liked the bunk beds. We hung out downstairs both nights to play games and watch TV. Loved the fireplace and darts! I would spend the mornings sitting in the chair by the windows and reading while enjoying the lake view. Each morning we had 3 bald eagles in the trees! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Great communication with……

“My family and I stayed at English Prarie BNB for Christmas in 2024 (i.e., 11 adults, 4 kids, 2 dogs). It was perfect!!! The host Mike was quite communicative and his attention to detail was second-to-none. The property felt like a home away from home. It was fully decorated for the holidays, complete with a tree and holiday lights and red table runners and cute little candy cane drawer pulls and a hundred other small holiday-themed details all over the home which were so thoughtful!!! The host……

“The place worked perfectly for our family of four. We had a comfortable set up for our 7 year old, 4 year old and us, and we loved the location walkable to everything in downtown Lake Geneva. Having the Lake City Social restaurant, pool, and arcade onsite really enhanced our stay. Some recommendations for future enhancements would be updating the bathroom vanity, better stocking the kitchen, and adding a streaming set up for the main bedroom.”

“It is a beautiful hotel with great people. It was freezing everywhere except in my room. The cafe closes too early and there is no coffee or tea station to help with warming up. There is also no cocktail table in all the rooms, which would assist with staying warm and not having to leave the warmth to play cards or mingle with friends.”
