“Cute spot with a kitchenette, hot tub and grill on site. Hot tub was super easy to use, the water was already on and we just had to replace the top when done. Other people were staying in the neighboring apartments on site but didn’t see or hear anyone. Very clean place! As another reviewer mentioned not much privacy with the sliding door for bathroom however it wasn’t an issue for me but something to keep in mind. Climate control was amazing and loved the fantastic shower and separate……

“Close to restaurants, shopping, sites. Amenities listed did not include a hairdryer, iron or coffee maker, but these were available. Our only difficulty was getting into the property. The door requires a code entry. There was no explanation given regarding how to operate this. We figured it out, but it took a few minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Our Hosts were welcoming and considerate. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed evenings on the deck watching the sunset. The location is quiet and we enjoyed exploring New York and Vermont. We even trecked up to Montreal for the day. ”

The apartment is spacious, colors are fresh, the rooms are well lit with lots of sun and the views of the farmland are breathtaking. The AC was well enjoyed for the August humid nights. Cyndi, Carly, and Chad thought of everything you might need in a stay away from home - linens, towels, toiletries in case you forgot something, coffee, creamer, and some local VT made jams and……

“We stayed two nights. Location was central. Great walking city. The accommodations were great. Beautiful place. Only issue was the Halloween revelers who were a bit loud both nights. All good though. If you can go to Hen in the Wood for dinner it is well worth it. ”

“Place was clean. Had a small musty wet smell but to be expected in a basement apartment. Needed a couple more towels for a weekend stay for 2 should have atleast 4 towels. Other than that it was good overall! Reasonable prices! ”

“The stay was great! The pictures and descriptions of the location and place are accurate. The apartment was clean and had useful supplies one would have in their home. I was able to bring my three dogs and definitely appreciate it! The directions and instructions of what to do during our stay and leaving were easy. Good location and close to many places . ”
