“We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

“séjour agréable, situation de l'hôtel proche de la gare sncf pour nous qui sommes arrivés par le train, personnel très sympathique et accueillant nous avons pu laisser les bagages à l'hôtel et visiter Châlons à pied tous le week-end le sauna et hammam était un plus non négligeable avec massage.... n'oubliez pas de réserver pour le massage et les repas au restaurant, je conseille cet établissement ”

“Amazing service by the whole team. Warm welcome at the door, everyone on the team was honestly of 5 star hotel quality. It was warm, friendly, and professional. Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and steam room are small but functional. Location is superb. Room is spacious, and beddings are of good quality. At this price point it is actually one of the best hotels in France.”
