“Our stay was great. The cottage was homey, clean and comfortable. We had a lot of options in the area for entertainment. I was there to visit my Daughter and family iin the area, but others went paddleboarding and a loau dinner, we all went to a chocolate shop. ”

We have rented numerous properties before, and this one was the best equipped of any we have stayed in. There were games, Roku and DirecTV. We hope to book it again. ”

I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We……

“We had a great stay at Seaside Hideaway! While the weather wasn’t super cooperative with allowing us to hang out at the beach or on the patio, the views were still great and very relaxing. The house itself was remodeled with great taste and had pretty much everything our little family needed. We brought our two kids (4 and 1.5) and our dog (with approval). Our 4 year old loved the bunk room! We came about two weeks after Hurricane Milton, so there was some things that I’m assuming haven’t……

“Property was well maintained and the property manager had made an extra effort to have things available that might have been forgotten. I was concerned when I saw there was no oven but the combination microwave did a good job.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was great, spotless and smelled amazing. The layout was really great for our family of 4. Additionally we LOVED the outdoor space and we enjoyed that every day/night at some point. Kelly and Donnie were wonderful and of all our stays in St. Augustine for Thanksgiving (this is 4th year) this was our favorite place. Thank you so much for a wonderful 4 days! ”

“I will be coming back to this property in the future. The house is very clean, excellent air conditioning, kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking tools, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom even had shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Plenty of big and small towels. Having a washer and dryer was such a plus! Owner was quick the her response to my questions. Check in was easy. Welcome package was provided online and had links to restaurants, points of interest, beaches, etc.……

Cozy nights on the couch, close to the beach, just a short Uber ride to the restaurants and such we wanted to visit. Came with all the amenities as advertised. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we raised. We’ve definitely found our new vacation spot, and will definitely be staying here again! Can’t wait for our next visit!”
