"My family and I decided to spend the night after a day of shopping out of town at Short Pump Town Center and the surrounding shops. I chose this hotel from the great reviews on line.The hotel is very clean with an up to date decor and has upgrades you would not see in other hotels for the same price point. There was a large indoor and outdoor pool, heated, with a very large jacuzzi that we enjoyed during our stay. There is an exercise room for your convenience. They have coffee, soda's and other beverages at designated times throughout the day with no added charge. Also complimentary popcorn later in the day too. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a very large variety of hot and cold foods, beverages and a large waffle maker. They also serve a complimentary dinner from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm with a limited choice of 2 entries, multiple sides, and drinks that we took advantage of that evening as we were tired from enjoying shopping that day. They also have a dinner menu for purchase with burgers, wraps, pizza etc. with extended dining times. We did purchase some deserts afterwards which were delicious! They also have a bar onsite for purchase and a complimentary limited choice of 3 alcoholic beverages per room per day during your stay if you so choose. What a value and savings if you choose to partake of all the complimentary food, beverages, snacks! The staff was very friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"It was a pleasure and relief to check in after a somewhat harrowing drive from Savannah. The hotel is quiet, friendly, the front desk staff person is kind and relaxed. A bonus to have a little beverage and snack shop available, as well as a pool table! Very welcoming."

"Was disappointed that the wifi still isn't working from over a year ago.. location is good it's in a middle class area on the better side of town near shopping and restaurants. Staff was excellent.. the 11p-7a front desk girl was awesome and very accommodating as well as hospitable not only to me and my need to get in a bed due to exhaustion she was helping every guest in that same manner. She is an asset to your team and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Having prior experience as standing AGM of a local hotel chain in the area I was extremely impressed with her abilities... GOOD JOB!!! thank you to the rest of your team for their hard work as well.. job well done!! "
