Lots of amenities, light, and historic windows in this spacious home. Great open kitchen with nice appliances and Wolf oven, espresso machine. There's a Yamaha Clavichord piano in the first floor entry hall. On the second floor, one bedroom is currently set up as an office and has an adjustable desk and couch. Main bedroom has new queen bed and large closet. There's a double bed and full bath on the third floor, as well as a rowing machine you're welcome to use. There are lots of nice spots to read and a modest private back garden with a spacious garage. Back sunroom has breakfast area, new laundry machines. The children's bedrooms both have desks, 1) has a full bed and reading loft and 2) a bunk bed, art desk. House has many toys and children's books, attic play space and hidden library in the servant's stair landing. It is also a lively neighborhood full of children, dogs, and helpful neighbors.
