Steps from the heart of Buena Vista; Downtown BV_311 shares a rustic alleyway with E Main St amenities, restaurants, music, and seasonal events. A half mile walk east brings you to the Arkansas River with hiking/biking on either side. Enjoy the 'Lawn' amphitheater & the Surf Park at South Main, and the vast events/gatherings it holds throughout the year.

Discover the perfect mountain retreat, blending modern elegance with rustic charm. The first floor features a beautifully designed open-concept 'Great Room' with mountain-modern finishes and plank wood flooring, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Ideal for hosting, this inviting space is perfect for lively gatherings, from sharing laughs to dining and toasting with friends and family.

Upstairs, you’ll find three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: a luxurious King Room, a cozy Queen Room, and a spacious Bunk House with four full beds. The Queen and Bunk House share a full bathroom equipped with a large tub, while the Master Suite enjoys the privacy of its own ensuite bath. Every room is designed for comfort, featuring ceiling or floor fans (sometimes both) to ensure optimal airflow and calming white noise. Soundproof insulation has been added between rooms to guarantee a peaceful, restful night for all guests.

Ample parking is available for all visitors, with street parking out front, or space for larger vehicles, like RVs, in the deep back driveway (40’) off the ally.

The house could not be in a more perfect location. All restaurants & shops only 1 block away. This home was the most stocked rental we have ever been at. Perfect base for exploring BV and beyond
This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Incredibly clean & comfortable. Quiet street. All of the amenities you hope to have. Subtle but important touches like tankless water heater so no worries of lukewarm showers. Great location for exploring BV >> short walks to restaurants, bars, shops, and the river. A short drive to rafting and dozen of trailheads including 14ers. Dan The Owner is super responsive. We will definitely book this home on our next trip to BV.

We loved our stay. Dan was easy to work with and the home is beautiful. Laid out for a large family. My sons are both over 6ft tall and could sleep comfortably in beds. The back yard is so relaxing and everything in downtown BV is a short walk away! Loved our time!!!!

The property was exactly as listed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We also rented the house next-door and were able to utilize both backyards to host all our family. Gorgeous home in BV
Great location right next to Main Street. Large beautiful kitchen with space for gathering. Perfect getaway. I went with a group of adult friends, but would be awesome for a family since there are two bedrooms for couples and then a room with bunk beds.
