The pictures were deceptive. The room we stayed in was old and dirty. Found many hair in the towels and blankets. There no A/C or heat but the fan that runs all day creates a regular click and hum ALL NIGHT. Balcony door has a permanent gap since it refuses to open further or close. Pull-out sofa bed had the saddest most messed up mattress ever. Ended up putting that bad boy back and just sleep on it as a couch. People working there are attentive and there seem to be renovation going on. Let's hope they can revive this place.

Very dusty & dirty! Dont think they ever cleaned the rooms. We personally had to keep asking for towels. As a paying guest, i dont understand how they can run out of towels and toilet paper. I would never go back and highly recommend to stay away!

Absolutely worst hotel ever, they’re worse than hotels in Mexico. Were came with a large group with several rooms, there is not a single room that is good to go. A/C doesn’t work, no COLD water in shower, rooms are dirty af, hair and bugs in the tub. This is my second day asking for room service and again, “they dont know if theyll get to me today”. There are 5 of us in the room. Room came with 2 towels, on first day I asked for 3 extra towels, the following day, they came and took the extra towels while we were out, but didn’t clean or take out trash. Ive been asking for extra towels ever since and “they dont have any”. This place is a dump. And i the pull out bed and pillows look like they have been pissed on for 30 years. And theyre ripped. The bathroom sink shoot water out the sides. Workers here act like this is how a hotel is supposed to be. 4th day now being told no room service and no towels

The staff was friendly but the hotel is terrible. Our first room was not cleaned at all and it had a bunch of damages everywhere the phones are broken there’s mold everywhere I know it’s considered a cheap hotel but damn can the owners take care of it or sell it to someone who will. It reminds me of the hacienda in San Diego the structure is nice but they let it go the and it’s disturbing they can let people stay there with it be so messed up.. again staff was nice and changed our first room to a cleaner room.

Arrived 1 hr before check-in time and was charged a early check-in fee of 35 dollars. Once we got to our room it hit us with a terrible smell of humidity and enclosure as well as chocolate wrappers and food crumbs on the floor. The kid at the front desk sent someone to assist with the inconveniences only to have someone come by to spray deodorant and drop off a broom for us to sweep ourselves because they were not going to do it. After bringing the unsatisfied way this inconveniences were handled for a second time to the antendant in front desk he assured someone will stop by to sweep and mop the room.

Our room smelled musty and they came and sprayed something on the curtains to cover it up. Definitely can use a remodel. Room was big. NO drinking WATER not even for sale which i thought was odd so bring your snacks and water. Location was great and free parking was a plus!
