“The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time……

“Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. “Insgesamt gutes Hotel. Rezeptionisten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war gut aber kaum Licht, da direkt vor dem Fenster eine Mauer war. Sehr unangenehm im Urlaub! Frühstück ist gut allerdings begrenzt das Personal die Ausgabe von Säften, Tee und Kaffee. Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf das Meer. Das ist gut. Strandbenutzung kostet Extra. “Very kind and polite stuff , perfect location, very clean and new rooms , size of the room is very good , a perfect sea view , a very polite lady in Hemingway restaurant and a very polite guy in reception. Definitely one of the beat choices to stay in Budva. ”

“Good hotel in the center of Petrovac. It offers a nice indoor and outdoor pool and spa facilities (which we didn’t use). Two remarks: firstly the breakfast is large but uninspired with lousy coffee and boring scrambled eggs. No option of ordering something. Secondly, it has a sincere leakage problem when it rains. After a storm, the carpet near our window was soaked and judging from the damaged ceiling, it wasn’t the first time this happened.”

“It definitely deserves its 4****. Clean, tidy, big rooms, smart TV friendly staff to start ... The breakfast caters for the European mainly. Dont expect british food. Bring your own tea bags. The roof top pool is simply heaven ”

“We spent two nights at Hotel Zeta. A beautiful hotel on the water. Our room was wonderful with a sea view. The staff were super friendly and helpful right from check-in, restaurant and check-out. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Town Budva and an hour walk along the waterfront with a very nice walkway. Breakfast was cooked to order from a select menu. Parking was okay as it was off season but would be a nightmare I am sure during the crowded summer months.We loved it here and would not……

“Great position, especially with a balcony sea view. Room was clean and everything was working fine. Close to a few good restaurants and only a few steps to the gorgeous sea. Downside, there was a mild cigarette smoke smell throughout the lobby and often in my room (I am a little sensitive to it though). Thank you for a nice stay. ”
