Spent 10 days at EST Grand Savoy Hotel. Beautiful experience. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff.
Front desk personnel were always welcoming and helpful, from booking taxis, to making restaurant reservations.
All queries were addressed with efficiency.
Breakfast was a special feature with great variety in choices and very well presented. The ladies at breakfast were very polite and paid attention to detail, always ensuring that there was a constant supply on the menu and that used items were removed from the dining tables. They gave an excellent service.
Room was serviced daily without exception.
Special thanks to Monika at the front desk, who was always willing to go the extra mile -informed us about the Budapest Go App for getting around easily and also had a room issue rectified effectively.
Special thanks also to Robert, who we met at the rooftop bar. He was very welcoming and treated us with dignity and respect. He also shared information about Budapest and recommended places of interest to visit, which was very helpful. We did visit the 100 year old Hungarian restaurant and was not disappointed.
I would highly recommend this property, it is centrally located with close access to the metro, trams and busses.
I’ll be happy to stay here again!
