“We loved the cabin we stayed in, it was so nice, clean and cozy. The surrounding area was great for hiking and walking in the woods. “I enjoyed the gingerbread cabin so much and will rebook! It was a nice peaceful retreat for me, and I only wish I had booked for longer! I had an animal get into my trash the first night and Devin had somebody come out immediately and take care of it! Aside from that, no problems or complaints.”

“Clean home in a beautiful setting. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and game room. Comfortable beds and living room couches. Just a great stay. We did struggle a little with the door code, but the porch entrance worked well. The best part was the communication and the ability to just call someone with questions. Definitely recommend this home!”

“I picked this location for my husband’s 40th and I couldn’t be happier! It was ourselves and two other couples one of which has a 3 year old. Everyone had an amazing weekend (even the 3 year old, he didn’t want to leave!) and we didn’t even leave the property! We didn’t need to as the house is beautiful, so cozy, clean, well set up with everything you need and the game room is so fun! “We were in the area to visit with our daughter who attends ESU. We enjoyed our stay at Casa de Carmen. We were there for three nights. The house itself is rustic and very cute. The shower stall is very narrow and doesn’t leave room for movement. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the peacefulness of the heavily wooded area. We left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated.”

“the property is beautiful and incredibly serene. we loved seeing deer in our backyard and going in the fall with the leaves all around was gorgeous. wish the lake was a bit closer but the house itself was cozy and extremely clean with everything from dish soap to pre made ice cubes. communication with host was wonderful and she is extremely prompt about replying”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked. It was a short walk to the lake area and heated pool, especially since we ended up with a cool, cloudy week, the kids enjoyed the heated pool.
