“Nice and relaxing! Everything we needed for the week. Kids loved all the activities in the garage. Lots of beach time….quick drive or bike ride to the beach. Spent most of our time in the screened in porch area when at the house. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed 4 nights in mid-December. The house was located near family that we were visiting. The house is charming with lots of train theme and antique décor. There was even a small Christmas tree and some holiday decorations. The master bed was very comfortable. There was a back yard that my small dog could use off leash once I figured out how to get the gate open. The home has a short driveway which was too small for our full size pickup truck, we unfortunately had to park in the road and……

“Wonderful, quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the beach, and easy driving distance to Indiana Dunes State and National parks. Owners have plenty of items on hand if needed, such as beach items, a dog crate if you are traveling with your fur baby, and even a high chair if you are traveling with a small child. There is also a golf cart for your use! Cute shops and great places to eat in downtown New Buffalo. Lots of outdoor seating at the house, including a grill and a firepit.”

“We have stayed at numerous VRBO homes and this was a favorite for sure! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and situated in the perfect place! The outdoor patio and fire pit was an added bonus each day! We had breakfast on the patio and a fire each evening. Thank you for sharing you home with us!”

“We've stayed in several VRBO homes and it probably doesn't make sense that I gave this an overall 4 star but every sub category was 5 star...but there were a few things that we had problems with.Heat - it was difficult to control the baseboard heaters (some didn't have a control know that we could find) and the back bedroom of Cottage B didn't have any heat unless you left the door wide open. My Texan teenage grandsons slept on the couches to stay warm.Shower - the water in the upstairs shower……

“We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house layout was wonderful for a group of 4 of us women. The Hot tub and fireplace were also wonderful. The short walk to the beach was great. Additionally, Ron was a delight to work with and incredibly responsive! One quick note is you might think about getting some new bar stools for the kitchen as the ones there are getting 'soft'. Thanks for a great stay! ”
