You are welcomed by the staircase to the loft as well as the large living area with a comfy couch for lounging late at night and talking with friends and family, a smart TV for catching a game or late-night movie, or move into the newly renovated kitchen and find everything you need to create a full meal. Features include a Keurig, a coffee pot, bakeware, pots and pans, a blender for the margaritas, a cookpot for an easy dinner after shopping or a game and so much more! A dining table for 6 guests means you can invite friends over to enjoy that amazing meal!
The downstairs area features a full bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower with elegant glass doors, beautiful tile and accents, a new countertop, sink, and faucet. In the hallway, you find the full-size washer and dryer and the bedroom with a comfy queen bed, fresh linens, nightstand, and lamps on both sides, a large walk-in closet w/tons of board games, and a luggage rack.
The loft upstairs features a comfy queen bed, a reading nook, a desk for remote work needs, and a wonderful oversized walk-in closet. It’s accompanied by an amazing full bathroom ensuite featuring a stand-up shower, seeded glass door, elegant tile work alongside a new countertop, and a new faucet!
Parking in the rear carport is available as well as street parking out front.
There are many delicious eateries nearby such as Porters Steakhouse, Chimy’s, CAVA, Hopdoddy Burgers, Mo's Irish Pub, and The Canteen. One can also catch a movie and dinner at Star Cinema Grill!

Guest must digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to stay and must be 25 years or older to reserve.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: VILLA NAVIDAD IS NOT PET FRIENDLY: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if the Booking Agent and Homeowner agree prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with the Booking Agent, the Guest will be fined a pet deposit, and the booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is in the Pet Addendum.
8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property, in the carport, or in the street out front. Be sure not to block the postal service from delivering the mail. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. THERE IS NO GRILL AT VILLA NAVIDAD.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property, all trash must be bagged, tied, and placed in the trash dumpster to the right of the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in a dumpster per the City of Bryan. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
