I had paid for my room about a month ahead of time via Hotels. Com. The clerk had to search for a bit to find my reservation and was very pleasant in the process. I verified with him that it was a king size bed, he said 'no, I have it listed as two queen beds." I told him & showed him I had confirmation of a king bed. He changed the room immediately asking me if I wanted the first or second floor. Choice is always good! The room was clean, the bedsheets soft & fragrance free. Breakfast had no protein, self made waffles, cold cereal, limited pantries, toast, coffee & juice.
