With parking just a stones throw away in the main city parking lot (3.8 Eu a night, 16 for a full day) the hotel was very convenient for using Bruges as a home base to explore the region. Old Europe rooms with new Europe amenities. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds…this place is a winner!

The location is good for sightseeing and shopping. The parking is conveniently located, however, it is the only option. Remember when using GPS to find the hotel, it is going to take you in to the parking garage. Also, the hotel lobby and elevator smelled bad.

Great hotel. Great location.
Went for a short break with friends. Great hotel. Very local to all Bruges has to offer. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only thing I would say is that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but cafes were just around the corner. Overall a very lovely hotel.

Charming hotel in Brugge
This is a charming old hotel in the perfect location. It is difficult for seniors to negotiate stairs but there is a lift for most floors. The hotel manager was extremely helpful about everything we needed. We stayed in two rooms both charming and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - a most charming town and great place to stay.

The hotel is great and in a super convenient location, within walking distance to the city center. The only downside was a strange smell in the hallways, which wasn’t very pleasant. However, the smell didn’t reach the room, so overall, everything was fine

AVOID!!!!
Rooms very dirty and scruffy. One room had obviously been fumigated which caused the family members to have eye irritation. Lost power in 4 of the rooms, staff disinterested and very rude.
