“We could not be happier with our stay in Grass Valley. The property was very clean, warm & welcoming. Charming decor, comfortable beds and all the amenities of home were offered. Our host even provided Starbucks K-cups for the Kuerig! The private outdoor patio was a bonus which allowed us time to enjoy the outdoors in a quiet peaceful setting. The location couldn’t be more perfect, just one block away from the downtown area yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend booking……

“Stayed over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate the 94th birthday of my mom who lives in a nearby senior living facility. This location was perfect for driving into Grass Valley (a tad too far and hilly for a comfy walk from town). The apartment was spacious with a nice, small kitchen and wonderful views of the pine lined mountains in the distance. A great rate and comfy get away.”

“We were three couples (us & our adult children) in town for family wedding. Close walk into Nevada City. House has both nice outdoor and indoor space so you are not all on top of each other. Living room area with porch was great space for a gathering of our two families before going out to dinner. Lots of family fun games and well stocked kitchen supplies. Appreciated the iron!
