“Owner was an excellent communicator and gave awesome recommendations of restaurant, activities, and even the local beach wheelchair program because one family member has mobility issues. House was so beachy cute and clean and comfortable, and was wheelchair accessible. Main floor bedrooms and bathroom plus the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. “The house is older and there has been updates made. Kitchen is FANTASTIC. The bathrooms have had some updates but needs to have at least 1 hand held shower . There was rat turds behind the couch upstairs. There needs to be a tv added to one of the downstairs bedrooms. Also there needs to be proper bed frames for the beds. 1 bed was knocked out of alignment and wobbled until we fixed it ”

“The cottage is as advertised- clean and cute. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. Wifi was fine. Two suggestions for others - use the back door to access the cottage as the sliding door lock is challenging. Also, if you need a quiet location to sleep please know that the Heat/AC split unit is very loud and turns on and off every 10 minutes or so. It woke me multiple times and also made TV hard to hear and conversations challenging. This may not bother others.”
