「We were able to WALK everywhere from here. All down Frankfort to grea t pubs, restaurants anything you need. We walked over to Baxter Ave. Again great neighborhood- Safely walk anytime without worry. We also walked to NULU Market downtown. Safe trip about 1.4 mile trip. Great energy. 」

「Our only issue with the rental - we didn’t stay long enough! This rental was perfect for my girls getaway, and we only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable, and the living room was perfect for relaxing after being out for the day. This location is close to downtown and there was street parking right outside. We weren’t ready to leave :). Highly recommend. 」

「This house is a beautiful historical home. The home is older so there are a few things that remind you of that but its definitely a great stay. There's plenty of parking nearby, the garage is convenient, and everything's within a 15 minute drive max. 」

「Loved it!!! Clean and spacious. Great location. Only negative …. Very loud and noisy on street at night (Friday and Saturday). People being very loud and lots of traffic. A lot of hustle and bustle during night hours as pizza place across from unit open until 5:00 a.m. Also, be aware, there are stairs to get up to this second floor unit. Important to know!!We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!! 」

「We had an amazing stay, despite unprecedented rain and even flooding in the area. The apartment is wonderful, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We were two couples and we had all the space and amenities we could need.Jennifer was also so thoughtful and responsive. We'd recommend her property for sure!」

「We had a great stay」

「Very good location. Jennifer notified of us of severe weather threat and responded to any of our needs promptly. House was super clean and well stocked. Suggest parking on the street in front of the house as parking in the back is tight with the flood wall and dumpsters. Comfy beds. Everything worked. Didn't use the outside patio and weather wasn't good for front porch but can't beat the view! Would stay again if in the area. 」

「I would highly recommend staying with this host and in this location. It was Central to everything downtown and all of the attractions we were interested in. Easy access elsewhere also with the transit system and the security cleanliness and overall impression was outstanding. I honestly hate to give such a great review because I'd like to keep this as a hidden treasure but I can't do that. It is definitely worth looking into」

「We were in town for an indoor track meet with teens and it was a great place for two families to stay. Great location too!」

「Visiting Louisville for a conference. My stay at the 4th Street Suite was awesome. Great communication! Great location. Very clean! Loved that the reserved parking was close to the apartment. Would stay there again.」
