“Property is what it is advertised-old farmhouse on a great piece of land. If you are looking for new this is not the place but if you want character, this is it. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a nice large dining room table. Outside is the real gem. The patio with the grill and ponds nearby is the place to hang out all day. Swimming in the big pond or catching frogs in the other ponds is fun for all ages. It is a great place to just relax and enjoy your family and the Vermont……

“The house and property is beautiful. There is plenty of space for everyone and is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, and bedding. The house is nicely situated where it is in walking distance to town which is very nice. We also discovered a path through the park across the street where you can get down to the williams middle branch river and we were able to walk up a bit with our dog. There is also free transportation in the town via bus called the moo-ver (lol) which is also convenient. House……

“The nearly 200-year old Carley Farmhouse nestled amidst the Vermont hills is a real keeper! The natural beauty of the area is stunning, and nature lovers will appreciate the bird chatter, occasional monarch butterfly, starry skies, complete with fireflies in the yard! “We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner. “I booked this farmhouse for my family and my brothers family to stay here for a few days in July. I drove up from SC and he drove up from NY to visit our parents who live in Grafton. Check-in was very easy. The door has a keypad and we were given the code prior to arrival. Honestly, the house is huge. It was built in the 1800's and I loved the small town country feel to it.
