Welcome to New Beginnings, a charming cottage-style cabin nestled in the North of Hochatown. Upon arrival, you'll appreciate the convenience of a circle drive that makes parking effortless. The front door opens to a stunning, fully-stocked kitchen—every tool and appliance within easy reach for crafting quick snacks or elaborate meals.

​​​​​​​Step into the living room, where comfort meets elegance. Relax on the plush couch or in the cozy lounge chair, draped with soft throw blankets, and enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace. An HDTV provides endless entertainment, perfect for movie nights or catching your favorite series.

The kitchen and dining area are meticulously designed for convenience and sociability. Featuring an island with seating for four and a matching dining table, the space is equipped with essentials from a coffee pot to a blender, along with all necessary cookware and flatware.

The downstairs master bedroom offers a sanctuary of its own with a queen-size bed, convenient side tables with stools, and suitcase stands. Direct patio access invites you to breathe in the fresh air at your leisure.

Indulge in the luxury of the master bathroom, complete with double vanity sinks, a private toilet area, and a spacious walk-in shower with a soaker tub and dual shower heads for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs, the loft presents a full-size bed, storage cubby table, and a full-size mirror, offering additional sleeping space and a quiet retreat.

Outdoor living is a central feature of New Beginnings. The patio is equipped with comfy seating, entertainment like a ping pong table, cornhole, dart board, a gas fireplace, and a grill for exquisite outdoor dining. The private hot tub and fire pit, complete with seating and provided firewood, ensure enjoyable evenings under the stars.

General - Full-size washer and dryer are on-site for all your laundry needs. Gas fireplaces are seasonal (October 1st to May 15th). Under the sink, you will find the first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4 guests, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
