Cradled in the heart of the woods of Broken Bow, this enchanting green cabin is the perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts. With a convenient location close to all of Hochatown's attractions, this relaxing cabin provides effortless access to the area's activities and a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops and all the cooking essentials you'll need to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen island seats 2 and the dining area seats 6, perfect for intimate dinner. The bedroom has one king bed luxuriously outfitted with high-end bedding, pillows, cozy throws, and coordinating accent pillows, nightstands with a lamp on both sides for individual night reading. Beautiful ensuite bathroom with standalone tub, shower and double vanity. Wall mounted TV to enjoy. The bunk area has two twin bunk beds with their own small bed lights and USB port for charging devices. Luxurious and comfortable beds to sleep after your adventures through Broken Bow. Not tired yet? Treat yourself to a sumptuous dip in the oversized Hot Tub or venture out back to the pond for a scenic view of the tranquil jade green pond and tall Pine trees or cook with family on the outdoor grill and enjoy the meal by the outdoor fireplace or fire pit.

To ensure your trip planning is seamless, we will provide you with an online Area Guide upon booking, featuring a comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants in Broken Bow. This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary town.

◆ Property Policies ◆

Maximum Occupancy: 4, exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back and sides of the cabin. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee pods, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

The grill is a propane grill and propane is provided. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

No pets are allowed on furniture and may result in extra cleaning fee if furniture or bedding are soiled by pets.

We sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Do not rearrange logs in fireplace this may result in a fee.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.
