“The stay here was nice. 1 street away from the lake. The place was very clean and cozy. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel you are looking in the wrong place but it is worth the value. ”

““Just outside” stockade may be a better description. Just across from Union College the neighborhood seemed safe but less that middle class. Parking was adequate but awkward with a “dually” truck in the back parking area. Manageable but awkward. Could use better TV instructions. The “K cup” portion of the coffee pot didn’t work and there were some minor maintenance items that could bring up the interior. It is a good value. It was clean and functional. “The communication with the host was not good. Even though I had planned to arrive after check in time which is 3pm, I still did not have my check in instructions by 8pm. The property states free parking, yet there are only 2 hour free parking availability with signs posted. The apartment was up 3 flights of narrow stairs which is not in the listing. The apartment smelled musty. I turned on the AC in the window and it did not work. The lights in every room had at least 1 or 2 out. I……

“We had a great time here and it was the perfect location to easily access all the events around Saratoga and Ballston Spa for our cousin’s wedding. We realized someone had left an engagement ring in one of the bedroom drawers 30 minutes after checkout. Management was very responsive and able to quickly unlock the door to avert a crisis and meltdown before our long trip home. Highly recommended for your next trip to Saratoga. ”

“Our stay was so comfortable, with Kristin always accessible and helpful! We ended up spending much of our stay at the apartment due to illness and work, and it was delightful. Very eager to return to Saratoga to explore properly. The apartment downstairs was rented and there were a few parties that got quite loud, but overall pleased with our stay.”
